WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE, BUT WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT VEHICLES IN FOR SERVICE WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. PLEASE CALL AHEAD AND SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT PRIOR TO DRIVING TO THE DEALERSHIP TO DROP OFF YOUR VEHICLE FOR SERVICE. DUE TO PREVIOUSLY SCHEDULED CUSTOMER APPOINTMENTS AND LACK OF STORAGE ROOM, VEHICLES THAT ARE BROUGHT IN WITHOUT A PRIOR APPOINTMENT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNTIL THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT FOR SERVICE. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO RETURN HOME WITH THE VEHICLE AND BRING IT BACK ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT. ONCE AGAIN WE ARE SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE, BUT WE FEEL BEING UP FRONT AND HONEST IS THE BEST WAY TO SERVE OUR CUSTOMERS.
