"I purchased a 2006 Yamaha VStar 1100 with a trike kit in June 2012. A few days after the purchase a fuse blew. My husband replaced the fuse and it blew again. After replacing it again I called Sportcycles and was told to bring it in. After looking over the bike they could not get the fuse to blow, but said if we had any more trouble to bring it in. The fuse did blow again and I called Sportcycles again. Mr. Jerry told me that they would fix the problem if they had to replace every wire. We took the trike to them and within a day they found the problem and repaired it. I was very impressed with Sportcycle staff and their concern over the problems with my trike. "

"So there I was surfing the internet from Afghanistan looking at different sites for a new bike. I found a listing on eBay and thought the price could not be correct because it was too low! So, I sent an email inquiring about the price. In a few hours I had a response and it was all true. This was the OUT THE DOOR price. NO ADDITIONAL FEES. I had to jump on it from there. I called them on the phone, yes still in Afghanistan, and they said all they would need to order the bike was a deposit and could take it on PayPal. OMG, how easy were they going to make this deal? This wasn't a leftover model....they had to order it from the manufacturer. I came home and gave them a call saying I would be there in 2 days. I walked in after the 3 hour drive (worth it to save $3000 from what the local dealer wanted) and there was my shiny new bike sitting on the sales floor with a sign asking people not to sit on bike. I was in an out of the dealership in 45 min! I had a trade in they needed to evaluate. They didn't stiff me on the trade it either. When people ask me where I got my bike I proudly tell them Sport Cycles of Rockingham! I would do business with them again any time, from any location since I literally bought the bike from half way around the world. "

"Hi folks. I hope this gets to the boss. I just wanted to thank you all for the sale of my new Voyager. Trying to save a few bucks, I did the searching and found you guys on CycleTrader as well as an Ebay listing for the same bike. I would have preferred not to make a 600 mile journey to your store, but I truly saved $1000 when all was done. The closest anyone in Florida could come to your price was in St Augustine for $1500 more, out the door. So it was worth it to me. Plus I got some good trailering experience.
In checking with several dealers here, they all said there's no way you'd sell me the bike for that price and that there would be several add-on fees to jack it up once I got there. No such thing ever happened. Your employee, who loaded the bike on the trailer said that's a common story that other dealers tell. He, along with Keith and Laura, made the entire sale a great experience.

"I have just returned from SPORTCYCLES OF ROCKINGHAM with my "EIGHTH" new motorcycle from this dealer. This one is a 2010 HONDA GOLD WING model. I live in upstate NEW YORK near ALBANY. Once I discovered SportCyles and how they treat customers and how they give you the absolute best deal I knew I would return. There are no surprises when you buy your bike, scooter, or ATV at this dealer. You are quoted an OUT THE DOOR price with no add ons like other dealers do. If you pay cash there is not even a documentation fee. You might see a price close to Sport Cycles on EBAY but as you "scroll down" you will see that the price of the competiton is a "fake". Other dealers add in $595 for freight and setup and $195 documentation fees. Sport Cycles does not play that game. I have made seven trips to pick up eight bikes so far (one trip I was able to get two sport bikes in my truck). Before you settle for another dealer, its in your best interest to call KEITH or JEFF and make your deal over the phone. The staff at Sport Cycles make your buying experience worth the trip. "Dudes, I have dealt with Jeff more than once when buying a Honda. The last bike was bought in May of 06. After looking around for a few months I was able to find the VTX 1800 that I was looking for. When in Daytona for bike week of 06 ,we were hanging on main street one night. Walking along a rear fender from an N model that was parking on the sidewalk almost jumped out and hit me(hit me in the eyes that is),and I could hardly wait to locate one. Seeing a few at other dealers that were black in color wasnt what I wanted. After calling Jeff he told me he had a Titanium in stock,and we made arrangements for me to pick it up that afternoon. Needless to say that this is the best,sharpest and quickest Honda that I have ever owned. Makes me glad to have been with Honda for the past 15 years anyway. "This was the fastest and easiest purchase ever. I submitted the financing application online, got approved in about and hour, picked out the bike I wanted and that was it. They had to locate the bike for me because they did not have the color in stock so the next day they had it delivered and all accessories installed when I got there. Signed the finance paperwork in about 20 minutes they were loading my bike onto the trailer to take home.
